Kathy began her real estate career in 2014, specializing in Bank Owned Foreclosures as her office's REO Manager. Before obtaining her Real Estate license, she successfully received her associate degree in Architectural Drafting and shortly thereafter put her degree to use in the U.S. Air Force's Civil Engineering Squadron. After honorably serving, she was active in the workforce, raised her son, and ultimately pursued a career in Real Estate. She is a Coldwell Banker-certified STAR Trainer, as well as an approved Real Estate Instructor. She is passionate about assisting her friends and family to achieve homeownership. She lives in Easton and enjoys being physically active so that she can keep up with her two grandchildren.
